The Knights scored early and often, and they needed every bit of the cushion they had built up.
For much of Tuesday’s CCS Division V Semifinal, it looked like the runs that Menlo kept adding on in each and every inning wouldn’t be significant.
It turns out the Knights needed the extra padding.
